Your Friday night shouldn’t need an IT department.
Players are waiting. Someone registered twice. Two people haven’t shown up. Round three is running long. The Wi-Fi just disappeared.
OrganizedPlay is built for that night.
It’s the fortieth Friday this year and you’re filling in the same form again.
Set it up once.
Friday night is one series. Set the game, the format, the room and the seat count once, and the weeks generate themselves. Change the capacity for a prerelease and the rest of the run is untouched.
Your schedule publishes to a calendar feed players subscribe to, and to a public store page you can link from anywhere you already post.
Somebody walks in five minutes late and you have a queue behind them.
Add them and keep going.
Add them and keep going. A walk-in needs no account, and the search only offers players this store has seen before — so a name you half-remember finds the right person, and a stranger at the counter cannot look up everybody who has ever attended anything.
If two records turn out to be the same person, merge them afterwards. That is what the merge tool is for, and it beats guessing at the counter with a queue behind them.

Half of them pay cash at the counter and always will.
That money stays yours.
Cash and card at the door stays yours — we never see it and take nothing from it. Collect online instead and there is a small convenience fee, shown to the player before they pay.
One event a week is free, up to 16 players, for as long as you like. More than that is $0.99 for a single extra night, or $9.99 a month for as many as you want.
Four regulars come every week. One of them keeps finishing third.
Give them a table to climb.
Standings carry across every week of the series, so a player who came third twice has something to look at. Bound them into a season, or run a circuit where the top finishers earn an invite to something.
Insights read your own calendar back to you: who came back, who you turned away from a full room, which night draws best. Enough to decide whether Friday should become Friday and Saturday.

The back room has one bar of signal on a good day.
Run the night anyway.
Back rooms have bad signal. Check-in, results, corrections and drops all keep working on the tablet in your hand and sync when the connection returns.
