Privacy Policy
What we collect, and why. Written to be read rather than survived.
PackFresh, LLC operates organizedplay.gg. Last updated September 10, 2026.
Players
No account, no password. A capability link — the same idea as a calendar invite — is what your device holds instead, and it is what we check instead of a login.
What we store is a display name, and an email address only if you or the store you play at gave us one. One inbox can cover more than one player — a parent bringing two kids to league only ever gives us one address, not three.
Minors
Some divisions are for players who are minors, and a store marks who is entered in one. We do not ask for a birth date and we do not independently verify age — that judgment belongs to the store and, where it asks for one, a parent or guardian, not to us.
What changes is what is shown, not what is asked for: a minor’s name on any page a stranger can open — pairings, standings, a public results page — is shortened to a first name and last initial. “Ada Lovelace” reads as “Ada L.” there. Staff running the event still see the full name, the same as any player’s.
Organizers and staff
An account holds an email address and an authentication identifier, so you can sign in and we can reach you about your store. Authentication is handled by a shared identity provider across PackFresh’s products; we do not store your password.
Beyond that, an account holds what running a night needs: your roster, your events, the results and standings they produced. Results and standings are kept because a competitive record is the point of the software — a trade a store makes with its own players, not something we invented a reason to retain.
Payment details
Handled entirely by Stripe’s own checkout page. Card numbers do not reach our systems and we cannot retrieve them. A player is never billed by us for anything — only the store or organization running events pays, and only for the software.
Analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how the product is actually used — heatmaps and session recordings of clicks, scrolling and navigation, governed by Microsoft’s own privacy statement. Clarity masks the contents of text fields by default, so what you type is not what it records. Beyond Clarity, we do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell what it collects, and it is not used to follow you anywhere else. The only cookie a signed-in account carries beyond Clarity’s own is the one that keeps you signed in. A store’s own attendance numbers are still computed from its own event data and are never sent to Clarity or anyone else.
Sharing
Service providers who make the product work — hosting, identity, payments, transactional email, and Microsoft Clarity for analytics — each receive only what their function requires. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. If we are ever required to disclose something by law, we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.
Your data
Write to help@organizedplay.gg and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion — including on behalf of a minor you are the parent or guardian of. We will act on it. The one limit worth stating plainly: a completed tournament’s record is retained the way any competitive record is, and a result cannot be un-recorded for everybody else who played that night.
We hold no certifications and claim no specific regulatory regime. If a store needs a data processing agreement or a compliance questionnaire completed, write to the same address and we will work through it directly rather than point you at a badge.
Changes
If a service provider is added or removed, this page changes with it. Material changes get a notice to account holders rather than a silent edit and a new date at the top. See also the Terms of Service.
