Terms of Service
The terms for organizedplay.gg, between you and PackFresh, LLC, which builds it.
Last updated September 10, 2026.
What this covers
organizedplay.gg is software for running a tabletop tournament: pairings, results, standings, and the console a store or organizer runs a night from. These terms cover the software.
They do not cover the event itself. What happens at a physical venue, who is let in the door, and how a store enforces its own house rules there is the store’s responsibility, not ours — we are not present, and we are not the organizer.
Accounts
Organizers and staff sign in with the same identity PackFresh’s other products use. An organizer’s account gives them the console for their own store; access anyone else has — a manager, a judge — is granted by an owner and can be revoked at any time.
Players need no account at all. A personal link is how a player’s own device recognizes them — holding the link is the only credential there is, so it is yours to keep to yourself. See the Privacy Policy for what that link carries.
Running an event
The store or organizer decides the ruleset, the pairings, and who is checked in; the software computes from what it is told, and cannot decide those things for them.
Whether a reported result stands is settled the same way a real tournament already settles it: the table agrees, or a judge the store designates rules on it. We do not referee disputes and we do not override a ruling a store’s own judge made — the record here follows theirs, not the other way around.
Payment
Free runs 1 event a week for up to 16 players, for nothing. Monthly ($9.99/month) and Annual ($99.99/year) remove both limits. Billing is always to the store or organization running events — a player is never charged by us for anything.
Card payment is handled entirely by Stripe’s own checkout page. A card number never reaches our servers and we cannot retrieve one. Cancel a subscription any time; it runs through the period already paid for and does not renew after — we do not prorate a refund for time not used, the same as most subscriptions.
What you may not do
Disrupt the service, attempt to reach another store’s data, or use a capability link that is not yours. If you find a vulnerability, tell us first at help@organizedplay.gg — we will not come after you for reporting one in good faith.
Minors
Some events run divisions for players who are minors. Registering one is a decision for the store and, where the store asks for it, a parent or guardian to make — we do not independently verify anyone’s age. What we store about a minor is the same as any player, and public pages already show less of it. See the Privacy Policy.
The usual
This software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, PackFresh, LLC is not liable for losses arising from your use of it, including a night that did not go the way you planned because of it. We work to keep it running and to keep your data intact; we do not promise it will never be down.
Liability and changes
We may change this software and these terms. Material changes get a new date at the top of this page, and account holders are told rather than finding out by reading it again on their own.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which PackFresh, LLC is organized. Questions about any of this go to help@organizedplay.gg.
