Finding your table and the standings

You get a personal link the moment you register — it shows your table and the standings, and it adds to your phone like the app it already is.

Get your own link

Register for a night and the confirmation screen offers "Open your table companion" right there — a link that is yours alone, not a page you go and search a list on.

Nobody signs in for it and nobody types a password. Holding the link is what proves it is you, the same as a printed ticket would.

Keep it on your phone

Open it once and there is a prompt to add it to your home screen. From then on it opens like any other app, with no browser address bar and no re-finding the link in a text thread.

It stays yours across every store that runs on OrganizedPlay — the next night you register for, at any of them, shows up on the same link.

It updates on its own

The page checks for changes on its own, so a result posted at the next table over shows up here without you refreshing anything.

If the venue’s wifi drops, it keeps showing the last update it had rather than going blank, and starts checking again the moment a connection comes back.

No link yet?

Every event also has one public page the organizer can point you to, listing everybody there — search your own name on it and it shows the same table and the same standings, no link of your own required.

That page is what a spectator, or a player who has not registered through the app yet, would use instead.
