Results and corrections
Record a winner, fix a mistake, and settle a table where two reports disagree.
Recording a result
Name the winner. Everybody else at the table takes the loss — the same thing at two players, and the only workable thing at four, where tapping three losers is three chances to tap the wrong one.
A result only counts once every seat at the table has been accounted for.
Fixing your own mistake
Entering a different result on a table you already reported is a correction, not a second report. It does not summon a judge. The value it replaced is kept, so the change can be explained a week later.
A correction reaches the next pairing and the final standings. It never re-pairs a round people are already sitting down for.
When two reports disagree
Two independent reports of different outcomes is a dispute, and it stops the table. Neither is thrown away and neither wins automatically — a judge decides, and the losing report stays on the record.
A disputed table stops the next round even though it is not "unreported". This is deliberate: pairing on a result nobody agrees with produces a round built on the wrong standings.
